Privacy Policy — GoLive Studio
Last updated: 26 October 2026.
GoLive Studio is a live-streaming studio that runs entirely in your web browser. There is no GoLive Studio server that stores your data.
What we collect
- Google account profile (when you sign in): your name, email address and profile photo, provided by Google Sign-In. This is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device, so the studio can show your account and remember your sign-in.
- YouTube access token (when you connect YouTube): a temporary token from Google that lets the studio call the YouTube Data API on your behalf (for example, to list your channel and create broadcasts). The token lives only in your browser session, is sent only to Google's APIs, and expires after about an hour. It is never sent to any other server and never stored by us.
- Your studio content: scenes, layers and settings are stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device.
- Camera, microphone and screen: used only locally to build your live scene while you stream. Video and audio are sent only to the streaming destination you choose (for example, your WHIP relay or recording on your device).
What we do not do
We do not run analytics, show ads, or sell, share or transfer your personal data to any third party. The only third parties involved are Google (Sign-In and the YouTube Data API, under Google's own privacy policy) and the streaming destination you choose yourself.
Your control
You can revoke GoLive Studio's YouTube access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, and you can sign out and clear the browser's site data to remove everything stored on your device.
